If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a return
authorization within ten (10) business days of the receipt of the item(s).
We will provide instructions for the return. Returns must be accompanied by
receipt. A refund will be issued after it has been determined that the
merchandise is in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. Shipping
charges are not refundable, unless we determine the return is a result of
our error. The insulators in our collection are vintage items and condition
will vary, so please read item descriptions carefully before you purchase.
